1. Send your buying list
Include clubs or national teams, season, edition, version, sizes, quantities, any names/numbers and the delivery country. Start with 10 mixed items.
2. Confirm the quotation
Check availability, size charts, product details, the applicable quantity price, printing costs, shipping and the total. Larger-order prices are confirmed directly.
3. Pay in full
PayPal and bank transfer are accepted. Preparation starts after receipt of full payment for the confirmed order. Once confirmed and paid, styles, sizes and printing details cannot be changed.
4. Preparation and dispatch
Preparation normally takes 2–3 calendar days after full payment, including orders with name/number printing. Photos of the prepared goods are sent before dispatch. Dispatch does not require a reply approving those photos.
If a paid item is unavailable
You choose another style or a refund for the unavailable item's amount. Items are not replaced without discussing the choice with you.
5. Receive tracking
A tracking number and tracking website are provided after shipment. Transit is estimated at 15–20 calendar days after dispatch, separately from preparation.
