Preparation: normally 2–3 calendar days
Preparation starts after receipt of full payment. The same typical window applies to orders with name and number printing. Photos of the prepared goods are sent before dispatch; waiting for buyer photo approval is not required.
Transit: estimated 15–20 calendar days
Transport time starts after dispatch and does not include preparation. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Shipping charges and destination costs
Shipping is quoted separately for the order. Destination customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Follow your parcel
A tracking number and the corresponding tracking website are supplied after dispatch.
If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost
You choose reshipment or a refund. Reshipment shipping is paid by the seller. A refund covers the goods in the lost parcel and the shipping paid for that parcel.
